1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClubAxis ("we", "our", or "the platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ClubAxis provides website and management services for football and sports clubs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Service

You may use ClubAxis only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, offensive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party services.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create on ClubAxis. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and provide the service (for example, to show your club website, news, events, and to post to connected social media when you choose to do so). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Social Media Integrations

ClubAxis may allow you to connect social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X) to post content from the platform. Such connections are subject to the respective platform’s terms and policies. We only use the permissions you grant to publish content when you explicitly choose to post. You can disconnect social accounts at any time from your club settings. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubAxis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if no fee was paid, zero). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason we consider appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
